Design 2000 is a Malé-based practice providing architecture, engineering and planning services. Its work includes architectural design, technical coordination and local architect-of-record support for development projects in the Maldives. The practice was the local design partner and architect of record for Finolhu Villas, a solar-powered island resort developed with Yuji Yamazaki Architecture and T&D Water Technologies. Design 2000 serves clients from its office at G. Galolhu Aage on Majeedhee Magu and can be contacted for building, resort and planning assignments.
