Ellie’s Cuisine is a casual café and restaurant at Giyaasuddeen Bus-Station on Ameenee Magu in Malé. The menu spans Maldivian breakfast plates and local favourites alongside fried rice, nasi goreng, Pad Thai noodles, momos, pasta, burgers, fish and chips, salads and pancakes. Coffee, cappuccino, cardamom tea and other drinks complement the food menu. Guests can dine in or arrange takeaway, kerbside pickup and delivery, with daily service from morning until midnight except Friday, when the café opens in the afternoon.
