Taj Coral Reef Resort and Spa occupies Hembadhu Island in North Malé Atoll, surrounded by white-sand beaches, a lagoon and a house reef. Thatched-roof villas and suites offer beach-facing and sea-facing settings, with sunrise and sunset views bringing guests close to the island landscape. Dining includes Bokkura, Open The Grill and The Reef Bar, alongside 24-hour in-villa dining. Guests can unwind at J Wellness Circle with massage, herbal scrubs and skin treatments, or join yoga and meditation sessions. An infinity-edge swimming pool, a children’s pool and a fitness centre provide further ways to relax or stay active. The PADI-certified Blue In Dive Centre introduces guests to the surrounding marine environment, including the house reef and a shipwreck. Concierge assistance is available to help arrange island experiences. The resort is reached by speedboat from Velana International Airport, with a published journey time of approximately 45 minutes. Airport pickup and drop-off can be arranged through the resort team.
